Residential Coordinators implement a comprehensive residential program within a selected area of campus. We currently have two open positions, one working with our First Year Program and another working with our upper class theme housing and service learning. Beyond area responsibilities, RCs may be involved in the following: Community Assistant Selection and Training, programming, website design, and Housing.

Bachelor's Degree with significant residential supervisory experience may be considered. Theoretical understandings of student development and community development are also required. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in achieving the goals of the Office and of the Division.

Residential Coordinator positions are full-time, 11 month, live-in positions. Remuneration includes $26,000 - $28,000, commensurate with experience and education, a furnished campus apartment, board when classes are in session and a competitive benefits package.

Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.  Candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and a list of three references with phone numbers to: Matha Thornton, Chairperson, Residential Coordinator Search Committee, St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY 13617 or e-mail to mthornton@stlawu.edu.
