North Country Citation honorand Normadine Kennedy is associate at SUNY Canton. An exemplary community volunteer, “Dine” Kennedy has served as Benton Board of Canton Free Library president 1993-2003; co-chair of the Traditional Arts of Upstate New York Evergreen Campaign; member, vice chair and chair of WPBS; member of the North Country Public Radio advisory board and the Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley board of trustees; and a volunteer with the Hospital Guild of Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
